What you get
Wi-Fi assessment and advice
I measure your Wi-Fi coverage and check where the signal or connection falls short.
Network equipment setup
I configure your router, switch and access points. A router connects your network to the internet, a switch connects devices by cable and an access point provides Wi-Fi.
Guest network
I set up a separate Wi-Fi network for visitors.
Printers and scanners
I connect your printer and scanner and test them from your devices.
Shared folders and NAS
I set up shared storage. A NAS is a storage device that lets you share files across your network.
Business calls with VoIP
VoIP means calls over the internet. I set up your business number on an app or desk phone, with call forwarding and voicemail.
Network record and passwords
I document your network setup and store the associated passwords securely.
What is not included
- Equipment and phone subscriptions are not included.
- I advise, you buy the equipment. I can also arrange the purchase at cost.
- Running cables through walls or ceilings is only by agreement.
How it works
You send a message
Tell me what you need by WhatsApp or email. You can include a photo or screenshot.
I take a look
I ask questions and assess what is needed, remotely or on site.
You receive a quote
I describe the work, fixed price and agreed schedule. You see what is and is not included.
I sort it out
I start after your approval. I set up the agreed network equipment, printers and phone service. I test them with you and provide a record of the setup. I agree the schedule with you and include it in your quote.
Handover
I show you what I have done and explain how to use it.

Work outside the quote is charged by the hour. The rate is set out in your quote.
You receive a quote with a fixed price before I start.
I use the Dutch small business VAT exemption (KOR), so I don't charge VAT. The price you see is the price you pay. You pay third-party costs separately with the provider.

Do I need to buy new network equipment?
Not automatically. I assess what you already have first. If different equipment is needed, I advise you before you buy anything.
What is VoIP?
VoIP is business calling over the internet. You use an app or desk phone; I can set up call forwarding and voicemail.
Are routers, printers and phones included?
No. You buy the equipment based on my advice, or I arrange it at cost. You also pay for the phone subscription separately.
Can you run cables through walls or ceilings?
Only by agreement. I discuss what is needed and what is included in your quote first.
Will I get a record of my network?
Yes. I document how your network is set up and store the associated passwords securely.
