What you get
Your own domain name
I help you choose a name and arrange registration or transfer. A domain name is your business’s own address on the internet.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
These are subscriptions for business email and work apps. I explain the differences and help you choose.
Mailboxes and extra addresses
I set up the agreed mailboxes. Aliases are extra email addresses, such as info@ and invoices@, that deliver to the same mailbox.
Email on your devices
I set up your email on your phone, laptop and tablet.
SPF
SPF tells receiving mail servers which servers can send email for your domain.
DKIM
DKIM adds a digital signature so receiving mail servers can check the sender and message.
DMARC
DMARC tells receiving mail servers what to do when your domain’s checks fail.
What is not included
- You pay the domain name provider directly.
- You pay Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licence costs directly to the provider.
- Moving existing email and adding users are separate items in your quote.
How it works
You send a message
Tell me what you need by WhatsApp or email. You can include a photo or screenshot.
I take a look
I ask questions and assess what is needed, remotely or on site.
You receive a quote
I describe the work, fixed price and agreed schedule. You see what is and is not included.
I sort it out
I start after your approval. I register or transfer your domain, set up the agreed mailboxes and test sending and receiving on your devices. I agree the schedule with you and include it in your quote.
Handover
I show you what I have done and explain how to use it.

Work outside the quote is charged by the hour. The rate is set out in your quote.
You receive a quote with a fixed price before I start.
I use the Dutch small business VAT exemption (KOR), so I don't charge VAT. The price you see is the price you pay. You pay third-party costs separately with the provider.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my existing domain name?
Yes. I check where your domain is registered and what is needed to connect or transfer it. The domain stays in your name.
What is the difference between a mailbox and an alias?
A mailbox has its own inbox and login. An alias is an extra address that delivers email to an existing mailbox.
Can I bring my old email with me?
Email migration means moving your existing messages. I discuss what needs moving with you and include it in your quote.
Are monthly licences included?
No. You pay for your domain and licences directly with the provider. They are not included in my work.
Will you choose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for me?
I explain the differences and look at the apps you use. You choose; I set up the subscription you select.
